Senior Business Development

Gapo’s sales team builds strong connections with Corporate/Organization/School Customers and implements free teleworking systems, including the free Zoom system, helping them connect to work online effectively and offline economically.

Gapo is looking for outstanding sales representatives to help deliver satisfying customer experiences and realize the Company’s vision and mission. With the starting point of being a professional BD, you also have good opportunities to be promoted to a BDM or BDD in a transparent and fair promotion path.

– Develop new customers using Gapowork platform – Communication platform, including free Zoom system by connecting with leaders of designated Enterprises/Organizations/Departments/Schools;
– Search for potential customers through cold call, email campaign and face-to-face solution presentation;
– KPIs, unlimited performance by capacity including 100 hits per day and at least 25 sales qualified leads per month.
– Explore potential customers’ business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, and highlight Gapowork’s value proposition for Enterprises/Organizations/Departments/Schools . Work closely with sales management department to develop target lists, calling and messaging strategies to drive new business opportunities;
– Work actively with the sales team as assigned to share best practices and make recommendations to win sales more efficiently.
– Participate in Process design flow with sales email/slides/video/faq templates.
– Lead and coordinate effectively with internal departments, especially Customer success to provide solutions and ensure the best customer experience.
– Attend conferences, meetings, industry events as required;
– Attend seminars or other client meetings when required or necessary.


Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, Information Technology.
At least 1 year of B2B sales/business development experience. Experience in B2B for Tech products;
History of consistently exceeding important performance indicators and goals during study/work activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to obtain necessary information from potential customers, while ensuring a win-win conversation;
Project management and organization skills; excellent time management and ability to take initiative in working process;
Willing to devote themselves for a high and stable income.
