  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Develop proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Maintain a talent community and stay in active contact with pipeline candidates and collaboration partners
  • Closely work with line managers to keep the up-to-date recruitment plan and ensure timely placement to meet business needs, for both current operating units and new projects
  • Maintain effective relationships with industry associations, external recruiting agencies, and vendors
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to hiring leaders and stakeholders

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related fields
  • 6+ years working as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skill in screening, headhunting, interviewing candidates
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes
  • In-depth familiarity with the local technological ecosystem
  • Good relationships with IT community
  • Good understanding of technology and technical skills
  • Good communicate skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem solving skills
  • Flexibility, high responsibility and ability to work independently and under high pressure
