- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding
- Develop proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines
- Maintain a talent community and stay in active contact with pipeline candidates and collaboration partners
- Closely work with line managers to keep the up-to-date recruitment plan and ensure timely placement to meet business needs, for both current operating units and new projects
- Maintain effective relationships with industry associations, external recruiting agencies, and vendors
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to hiring leaders and stakeholders
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related fields
- 6+ years working as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skill in screening, headhunting, interviewing candidates
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- In-depth familiarity with the local technological ecosystem
- Good relationships with IT community
- Good understanding of technology and technical skills
- Good communicate skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem solving skills
- Flexibility, high responsibility and ability to work independently and under high pressure
